Here are some common questions we have regarding the prices for lawn mowing:

Question: "My lawn hasn't been mowed for several weeks and is overgrown..."

On your very first visit, if the lawn is overgrown it can take the crew 2-3 times or longer to service the property. Our initial visit may cost extra but after the first or second cut your price will fall in alignment with the estimated / standard fees.

Question: "My lawn takes 10 minutes to mow. Why does it cost $45?"

We have a minimum cost of $45 per mowing service. Even if the lawn is 500 sq feet, we still must charge $45 per service. Trucks, trailers, insurance, fuel, and other expenses make it important for us to charge that minimum fee. Also, our full time office staff take time to service and account for each Client for billing, invoicing, and Customer service.

Question: "What about materials or add on to original service?"

Products, Materials, Dump Fee, or any other fees will be added to Invoice with Description.

What variables may affect Mowing prices?

  • Shape: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd shaped lawn with flowerbeds and obstacles scattered throughout.
  • Access: Small gates into backyards keep us from using our larger more efficient mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service. A lawn right next to where the crew parks is going to cost less.
  • Clippings Disposal: We assume that we will be leaving onsite or mulched up. Not having to haul off debris will save you the customer money.
